Today, I experienced an emergency plumbing situation. I had a leak in a master bath shower wall, I turned the main water line valve to the off position and started calling. When it comes to service I’m not an easy person to please. Recently my husband and I discovered that a jet in our Jacuzzi bath had a small crack. I contacted Lasiter Plumbing and want to say that this group of professionals have been extremely helpful; even to the point that David Lasiter, the owner of the company, intervened on a work request that could have been potentially costly to us. He even went the extra mile to help coordinate the work that was needed to be done. As a final measure there was a follow up phone call to make sure everything had been taken care of and all was well. In this day and age when our work ethics are unfortunately declining, I want to commend this whole organization on treating the client with respect and dignity – NOT just a work order.
